My phone hasn't been vibrating to notify me when I receive texts, calls, or notifications. So I went into my Settings> Do Not Disturb and I noticed it has checked Silence for when my iPhone is locked. I do not want this. Is there an option to uncheck this, so I know when I receive notifications?

iPhone 11. Running iOS 13.5.1 Same question, but have do not disturb turned OFF.
Seems like a functionality issue.
If you are using DND it is either Always or When the phone is locked for silencing notifications. Do you want to use Do Not Disturb?
