How do I turn off my silenced calls, texts, notifications, etc. on my iPhone 11?

My phone hasn't been vibrating to notify me when I receive texts, calls, or notifications. So I went into my Settings> Do Not Disturb and I noticed it has checked Silence for when my iPhone is locked. I do not want this. Is there an option to uncheck this, so I know when I receive notifications?
