Bottom half of screen unresponsive

Only the bottom half of my Apple Watch doesn’t respond to my touch. I’ve done a hard reset 3 times now. Is this fixable?

If nothing is blocking the screen (like a screen protector), then its sounds like a hardware problem. See:
