What is the difference between Airpods model number PV7N2AM/A and MV7N2AM/A?
Seems like both are 2nd generation?

Did you have your AirPods engraved?
The “P” in the model number usually indicates engraved when ordering.
Hello,
MV7N2AM/A: AirPods Pro (2nd generation)
PV7N2AM/A: AirPods Pro (2nd generation) with Wireless Charging Case
I may have switched the 2 models numbers. Either way one includes the wireless charging case and the other doesn’t. There’s nothing like combing through a huge catalog of model numbers! I would go off of what the invoice tells you. Enjoy!
Received the order. PV7N2AM/A is Airpods with wired charging case.
Ohk. Good to know but confused since i placed order on Apple site last week for Airpods (AirPods with Charging Case) not the wireless one but on the invoice it says Model number: PV7N2AM/A. Unless Apple is sending the upgraded version otherwise.
I though wireless airpods have "X" in their product number.
Thanks for the response :)
Ahh sounds good.
I today actually saw same airpods but little bit less expensive in a nearby store (Costco) today so was curious why such a price difference on what i paid on apple.com website. So the only difference i saw was in model number on the invoice.
Thanks for taking time to answer. I'll update here once i get the delivery to see if im getting a wireless version instead.
Yes, its engraved. Good to know that.
I thought it might mean a latest model. Im gonna buy it from Costco than and return this one. It's cheaper there.
