iPhone 11 set up issues - software update complete

iPhone set up has been stuck on the software update. Has anyone experienced this?

The reboot process (volume up, volume down, hold the right button) takes me to the hello page and I end up here again.

What happens when you tap on CONITNUE? If your iPhone is Frozen then -

Try and Force ReStart Your iPhone as instructed in this article by Apple ➔ How to Force ReStart your iPhone. If that does not work then -
Follow the instructions in this article by Apple ➔ If your iPhone is Non-Responsive or Frozen and see if that helps.
If none fo the above works then please contact ➔ Apple Support
