Need Call recorder

Recording phone calls in many many countries, states, cities and jurisdictions is illegal. Apple does NOT provide an app for recording calls and will not help you break local laws.

If you have an issue with your employer, you need to seek legal assistance from where you live. This is not an issue anyone here can help you with.

The Phone app provides a Recents section of the last 100 calls. Anything after that would need to come from your cellular provider.

Apple does not have call records. Your cellular provider has records of your calls. I've no idea what you are trying to get, but you cannot get call records from Apple for any iPhone.
