I am unable to install the latest security update 2020 as it keeps failing to download.

If you are going to download updates from Apple it is always better to have your mac connected to your router

via cable rather than WiFi. If downloading from the System Preferences> Software Update does not work then

once downloaded double click to install.

Make a full back up before updating.
