MacBook Air battery replacement costs

My MacBook Air states my battery needs servicing. Supposedly one has 1000 full charges w/the battery. I have used 745 charges and Mac still says battery still needs servicing (replacement). I know the cost of the battery is $129.00 out of warranty. Does that cost include a cleaning of my Mac and is there a separate charge for labor? If out of warranty, can I replace the battery myself? Thank you.

The cost includes diagnosis, parts, labor, warranty. It does not include taxes. MacBook Air batteries are not user-replaceable.
