Quicktime

I can't open any of the videos that Ive been making through After Effect. Quick time keeps saying that the file can not be opened. How can I solve this problem?

Hello lilykimm,

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities. I understand that you're unable to play video files you have created using Adobe After Effects in QuickTime on your Mac.

Begin by following the troubleshooting steps in this article: If an audio or video file doesn't play on Mac

Be sure to check what type of file you're trying to open. You can determine this by the file extension that is shown with the file name. If you find you need to change the type of file which your videos are in, you'll want to check with Adobe After Effects for assistance in exporting the videos. All the best.
