I want to update my ios to version 13 i dont know how.
iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 12
No need to find out how because you have an iPhone 6 Plus and it can only be updated as far as iOS 12.x.x and you already have that. You need an iPhone 6(S model) and newer to update all the way up to iOS 13.4.1.

You will not be able to update. The iPhone 6 Plus hardware is not capable of supporting iOS 13.
An iPhone 6 Plus doesn't have enough RAM to run iOS 13 or above.
