Music lost after billing problem

Dear Apple Music support team. I’ve lost all my downloaded music after billing problem. And now I can’t see any music in my library which purchased before. I’m wondering if the music which I downloaded previously will appear again after I will make my payment.

I understand that you had a billing problem for your Apple Music and now you're unable to see any of your library and will it appear again once you make the payment. I am happy to provide some information to you.


When you cancel your Apple Music subscription the music you downloaded will become greyed out and will not play for 30 days. If you sign back up during that 30 day period they will become active again. After 30 days they will disappear. The songs that you purchased will not be greyed out and will remain and can be played at any time.
