Unable to access locked iCloud account

Hello!!

I have an iCloud (me) account which was locked due to security reasons a few months ago. When I try to login and enter the correct password it asks for my birthday, which i accidentally might have entered wrong when I created the account. I also do not remember the security questions or if there were any. Is there any way i can still access my account?

Thanks

iPhone 7

Am i out of options to restore account?

Yes.

Only 2 Factor Authentication protected Apple IDs have a recovery option.

You are using Apple's secondary authentication still, meaning that if you lose control of the account's security questions, you are locked out permanently.
