IPhoneXR ringer issue

My Iphone XR ringer isn’t working even at max level. I miss all calls, as I don’t hear the phone ring miss all calls.

Thanks for replying.The mute switch was disabled, so was the Do Not Disturb.I slid the the ringer button up and down several times as advised In the Apple Support app.It seems to be working right now, but I’ll be sure only after more calls come in.Thanks again.

Have you checked if your mute switch was accidentally enabled? (on the left side of your iPhone, above volume buttons)

Check also if your Do Not Disturb option is on, and turn it off.

Rina,

check also this option: Settings>Face ID & Passcode>Attention Aware Features.... turn them OFF.

When done, restart your XR

oh no, the ringer of my IPhone XR still not working properly. At maximum volume,the phone rings very low.Once in a way, it rings ok, so that I feel the problem is fixed.. but the next time again it dips to a low volume.

Do other owners of XR face the same issue?
