Ear piece speaker making buzzing sound iphone 11

My new iphone11 makes awful buzzing sound from the earpiece speaker

i have read alot of discussion which said the iphone11 does not have this problem not like the iphone 11 pro and pro max

so should I return to my authorized reseller ? As we don’t have an apple store here
