have anyone received an e-mail supposedly from apple stating an ongoing e-mail was charged to my applecard ..and if they didnt get an answer ...they would assume it was me~

First tipoff: If it doesn't say Dear (your name that is on file with Apple) it is fake. Apple knows your name.
