Charged twice for an Apple Pay

i used Apple Pay to pay my daughter for a bill she paid for me and my bank shows it was deducted the day I did the Apple payment to he April 29 but today when I made a purchase on a game site I play I checked my account and all of a sudden a $24.99 charge turned into 84.99. I went into that transaction and it said the $24.99 which was right but the other$60.00 was Apple Pay again that was already taken out on 4/29. I want my $60.00 back
