How to block all texting to my phone

Hello, I am wondering how to block all text messaging to my phone, I find it very distracting and I would love to be able to remove this. I don't see messaging as an option in the blocked content under the screen time section. I am hoping to block ALL texts, not just specific numbers. I have been searching online for several hours trying to find an answer.
