Air pod pros not showing up under generals settings about or accessibility

Hello community,

I have an air pod pro that I had just bought the other day and they seem to be working quite well, but I am having some issues accessing some features on my IPhone XR.

Details:

1) I'm on the latest IOS firmware on my phone.

2) When connected, the bluetooth (i) info shows the correct data.

3) General settings about does not show the air pod pros.

4) Under Accessibility it does not show the air pod pros.

5) Serial number seems to be legit when talking to support. They told me to go get it validated at a Mac store.

Let me know if anyone has this issue and can help.
