The image isn't a png but a jpg (which is preferable as they tend to be smaller: its URL is

It's 1423 x 1400 px: it must be square. Otherwise it's OK - but your file size is only just under the bar (it has tpo be less than 500kb) so make sure it doesn't get any bigger when you re-work the image.

It hasn't changed at all, only the file name. I'm afraid I can't advise on how to handle Podbean.
