video to large to send as imessage now I can't save it whole , PLEASE HELP!!

So my Uncle Passed away recently and I went to a intuitive reader and used the video mode on my new Iphone XR running software 13.3.1 and needless to say I entered it in an Imessage but now Its gone from my camera roll. It won't allow me to send as the video is too long and requires it to be cut into smaller sections. If I do that I will lose the complete recording! It will not allow me to copy and paste the video back to my camera roll or email. Its like its completely stuck in the Imessage that will not send because of the length of the video. I can't even click on the arrow on the video it self as it won't play to show a preview in that message to attempt to save it that way. I unfortunately have I never signed in Icloud or iTunes as I never really use this everyday. Please Help, I'm devastated at the thought of loosing this very important video recording!!
