Can someone answer me the link, email or any contact from Apple's reconditioning appliance sales industry.
I saw that here on the site they sell, but I want the 7 and 7 plus, and I didn't find these models reconditioned here on the site to buy.

If the model of device you are after is not available on the Apple Refurbished store then it is not available at the moment.
Your best bet is to check the website every few days and see if it appears on the site, as some items sell out within a day.
I don't think there is much point in contact Apple Support as they won't be able to tell you when the stuff will be on sale.
So your best bet is to keep an eye on the website.
