Locked out of my macbookpro

I'm locked out of my mackbook pro😰

Top row of the keyboard is doing funny things this morning. Typing random multiple symbols and letters for each key from Q-P. Since I cannot see the characters being typed into the password box I cannot log in.

Tried command + R and that's not working like it should too.

In this time of lockdown, any help on this is much appreciated.
