Ultimate guitar can’t unsubscribe

Hi I can’t seem to unsubscibe. I have been trying to get an answer for ages and have been charged.

as you can see there is no option to turn off auto renewal.

cancel a subscription Trying to cancel an ultimate guitar pro subscription. I have followed all of the instructions to get to the subscription page under apple id in settings and it shows I have a subscription but there are only options to renew it. There is not a button to cancel it. What am I missing?

Accidental subscription. Accidentally subscribed to ultimate guitar. Unsubscribed minutes later. Tried to check purchase history and got a bad message 400. What’s going on?

If you cannot cancel a subscription, means it's already cancelled (Expires 4th April 2021).
