Access to DStv app

I am unable to access the DSTV app - it does not show inn the App Store list. I know it exists because I have downloaded and used it previously. When I followed prompts to upgrade- the app disappeared.when I sign into the DSTV help page they cannot assist. It’s something to do with a security setting that Apple have introduced. I do not know how to circumvent this.

On the iPhone app store there is a DStv app

On the Ipad App Store there is a DStv app.

It exists on my app stores

It used to exist on mine as well.

I watched all programmes on my iPad and iPhone .

But suspect Apple might have altered some security settings.

DSTV tell me it’s an Apple problem .

Well I can see it so the apps are clearly there.

You will need to contact Apple/DSTV about it
