Hello.
I've got a new MAC desktop and it runs Catalina.
Something is niggling me with the email.
When I look at the emails I have received I've noticed that the From, Subject, Date received, Since etc have all disappeared from the very top.
Is there any way of getting these back?
I also like the Date and time, and size at the very end - is there a way to do this as well?

In the older column view many options have been removed.
You can use the newer 3-column view, uncheck the Column Layout option:
