Face ID Issue

My Face ID is no longer working & when I try to "Set up Face ID" . . . it will not get past step 1 . . . I have a Iphone 10x Max . . . was noticing some issues over the past couple weeks ( not recognizing my face part of the time . . . . but now stopped completely. I have done a hard reset & a full reset wipping out everything . . . still not working ??? HELP

Face ID stopped working I have an IPhone 13 pro max only 2 months old - the Face ID stopped working and when I went to set up again it keeps telling me to move phone lower then higher but it doesn’t read my face or is able to set up Face ID? I have turned off and on several times and my software is up to date. It is covered by warranty but will be without my phone for 10 days so wondered if there is any advice on how to rectify

Face ID My Face ID has stopped working on my iPhone X. It suddenly would not recognize my face so I reset it and it just keeps telling me to lower or higher my phone no matter what I do. I have already verified I have the most up to date ios and I have done several hard resets and nothing seems to make a change. Are there any other ideas?
