facetime group problems
My elderly mom has been quarantined for a while. We bought her a new iPad ( 7th gen) so she can participate in group FaceTime and zoom meetings. She is able to participate in a one on one FaceTime but when we try to add another it disconnects. Could anyone help me so I can try to relay the information on to her to correct this problem? she is frustrated as am I. Thank you
