Activation Lock is a theft deterrent. There’s no bypass available.

Contact the seller and have them remove the lock remotely, or provider a refund. This if you can still contact the seller.

If the seller has vanished, you appear to have been scammed, and you’ll want to contact eBay and report the issue.
