How to sync your phone with another phone

iPhones sync to computers. They do not sync to other devices.

You may share selective data. Sharing is not the same as syncing. But you would have to enumerate exactly what type of data you wish to share, as the sharing methods vary, if they even exist.

This is not possible.

Apple Music is the only app compatible to both operating systems.
