Apple watch stuck in pairing screen

Does somebody ever faced that issue of your Apple Watch getting stuck in that screen? I recently changed my iPhone6 for an iPhoneSE and when I was doing the process to connect I stopped in that screen, I contact Apple Support but they just told me to restart the phone or the pairing process which I ended up in the same screen.

Try this;

Press and hold both the side button and Digital Crown for about 10 seconds, then release both buttons when you see the Apple logo.Wait a few seconds, then hold down just the side button for about 20 seconds or until the “erase all settings” prompt shows up on the screen, then click it, then click the green check button.

Did you remove the watch from your old phone's icloud account?.
