I cannot find download file
I cannot find download file or recent file when I open the finder. I have to find it manually.
and some how my phone calendar and mac pro calendar does not sync anymore from yesterday.

Start with this & tell us the outcome.
Safe Boot from the HD, (holding Shift key down at startup), does the problem occur in Safe Mode?
Safe mode attempts to repair Disks & clears lots of caches, so if Safe Mode works try again in regular boot.
