ADMIN ACCOUNT !!
Accidentally I changed my only administrator account to a standard , i tried some ways from
(youtube , google) to solve the problem but it doesn’t work . How to fix ?

You can create a new administrator account by restarting the Setup Assistant:
Be very careful to notice the spaces in those Terminal Commands.
Once you've done that the computer reboots and it's like the first time you used the machine. Your old accounts are all safe. From there you just change all other account passwords in the account preferences!!

Actually I did this before and I did it now , but the problem is that I can't write any thing and suddenly i'm on the login screen again .
so what should i do in this case ?
Then choose Terminal & type this in & try to report what it says...
diskutil list
Hmmm, hold alt key at startup, do boot choices show up?
It shows the MacOS Utilities .. What should i do i don’t want to lose file
