A couple of things to check. First, inspect the lightning port on the bottom of the phone with a bright light, and clean out any cruft you find with a toothpick.
As I understand it you have several cables that work with all phones but hers, and only one that works with hers. Are these all Apple cables, or at least cables marked as Made for iPhone? Stop using any cables that are not Apple or Apple-certified.
If none of this resolves the problem, I had an identical problem a couple of years ago. Only one of my cables would work, in spite of the fact that I had 6 other cables that worked with my family's 3 other iOS devices. I went to an Apple store and they tried a bunch of their cables. None of them worked, except for the one cable of mine that worked. They replaced my phone under its existing warranty.
