I don’t see Internal Speakers as an option in the Output window. No way I can hear any sound. I have tried everything already. I imagine I will need to send my laptop to fix the problem. Anybody in the same situation?

I don't see Internal speakers after doing everything possible (reset, update, etc.) Thanks for your message. I will contact Apple support.
