I have a Beddit 3 and haven't used it for a long time. Now I'm tryings to start using it again. However, Beddit 3 app is no longer in App store. There's only one Beddit app and it only supports Beddit 3.5. What should I do? Is it still possible to install the app from somewhere? Thanks!

If I'm understanding correctly, the App Store does not have the version of Beddit that works with your device, and you would like to know what to do next. I will be glad to assist. Hello I have contacted Apple Support on this its been over 3-4 weeks and no one has gotten back to me except to tell me the Beddit team and apple still support 3.0 - so no one on the Apple support team can figure out why this has happened. They are in the process of reaching out to the engineering team who supports and builds the apps for current and future products. Which is great but it’s been over two weeks and no one has responded back to me even with the case number I have. I would imagine due to Covid there is a time lapse here but still you’d think they would just put the app back on the App Store since it effectively makes the 3.0 product DEAD.
Also I might add the 3.5 product is horrendous so if Apple doesn’t put 3.0 back into the App Store you’re effectively losing a customer for this product line. Plus you still sell the items across multiple retailers.
