The Keynote will be available to stream on apple.com, the Apple Developer app, the Apple TV app, and the Apple YouTube channel. On-demand playback will be available after the conclusion of the stream.

Am I no longer able to purchase music to download from iTunes?

Yes, you can still purchase music downloads from the iTunes Store. It has gotten a little more confusing since there is also the subscription option to the Apple Music streaming service. Make sure to read this:
