Why French??
Why are my notifications coming up in French all of a sudden?
Are those notifications coming on a single app? if so, change the language you are using on that app.

When I changed US to Canada, it added French! I'm good now.

It seems to be coming from Apple Notifications - When I send calendar invites, when I use the Find My Phone (as per my attachment) and it is just fairly recently. I can't find any settings that don't already say English.
Weird, but is the overall language on your iPhone still English?
Yes, everything else is English

Try to sign-in your Apple ID here: https://appleid.apple.com/#!&page=signin
And on the left hand column the last item is "Language and Contact Preferences"
Try to change your "Preferred Language" there.
