Battery life; is mine normal?
My battery's maximum capacity is 98%, I have had the phone since December of 2019. Is there an issue?

Nope, not an issue. All batteries will deteriorate over time. Check the reported battery life again in 6-8 months. If at that time it is significantly degraded, contact Apple.
