Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
I just switched from android to iPhone. I made my Apple ID and password and everything. When I go to the App Store it has me sign in. It then says the Apple ID hasn’t been used in the App Store so I must review account. I click review and it prompts me to sign in. Once I sign in again it goes back to the Apple ID hasn’t been used prompt. I am stuck in a loop of this. Any suggestions?

Log into your account in the App Store/iTunes and you should be able to change/verify it there. Or you can click the blue Edit payment methods in the article below. When signed in and the page loads, you will be on the credit card page. After updating that, click the Go Back button at the lower left and you will be on the address page.
