uninstall fail

Uninstalling an App does NOT cancel a purchase. All purchases are final, but you can ask for a refund from Apple by doing what this link explains --> Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support

Be advised since all purchases are final, Apple is not obligated to give you a refund, but you can ask.
