I need macOS on other devices

Ok, I need macOS on other devices without having to buy a mac because they're too expensive for me and I tried niresh Catalina but I cant connect to the internet on that so I want an official way to install because macOS exclusive features and again, too expensive so please make an official way to install on other devices or at least a Linux distro with most of the features.

You are not allowed to install macOS on non-Apple hardware as it is against the Terms of Service and the EULA with the macOS installer. If you want to use macOS, then you need to use Apple hardware.

If you want an easy to use Linux distribution, then try Kubuntu, Ubuntu-Mate, or Linux Mint as they are easy to install and is a relatively easy way to get acquainted with Linux. The plain default Ubuntu uses the Gnome desktop environment which requires a more powerful system to run (plus Gnome uses plugin/extensions which I find causes problems). The other Linux distros I suggested should run well on most systems including Macs.

I don't know what features you are looking for, but Linux has lots of free apps which are similar to paid proprietary apps although it may take you some time to figure out how to use them properly to do the same work as you would with the paid proprietary software used on macOS or Windows. It all depends how much time you are willing to spend to learn how to use & leverage the software to achieve similar results.

Consider a used or refurbished Mac.

You can run Catalina natively on any late 2012 or later Mac.

If you shop on the open market, look to see if any warranty comes with it.

Ask your credit card company if they offer any warranty.

Consider Apple's same as cash financing of 6-12 months with Barclay Visa.

dvwarehouse.com and Macsales.com have many refurbished Macs for sale and are both reputable vendors.

Consider getting Paypal credit which you can pay off in six months as well.

Be mindful that emails from Paypal are not necessarily legit. It is better to check your Paypal website with your own secure login to ensure that the messages are genuinely from Paypal.

There are older Macs that can "run" Catalina as documented on:

http://dosdude1.com/catalina/

However, this hack is not supported by Apple, and has for some left machines that have weird graphics card anomalies trying to keep up with the new drawing routines. If you go any route, a good solid backup program is recommended.

Note: Microsoft does allow running any version of Windows on a Mac. It is Mac OS X which will only run on Apple made hardware.
