Ipad Disabled

I cannot connect my iPad to my computer because my iPad is disabled, the computer said "Cannot connect to So****** iPad because iPad is locked, please enter passcode to connect"

If you have forgotten your device passcode or your iPad is disabled, you’ll need to follow this process:
