I have reset all the settings

I have connected to a charger

I have tried iTunes to update

I have tried all things but cannot update software plz help

As the message states: connect to WiFi.

Look at the message under Resume Download, you have to be connected to a WiFi hotspot to download the update, you are connected to cell data.
