App suggestions in dock. iPad. iOS 12

Why am I still getting Facebook with the alarm clock suggestion in the dock. I’ve turned off Siri suggestions, I’ve turned off recent app suggestions. It’s always the Facebook app that gets suggested. I don’t won’t any Facebook notifications or suggestions. I can decide when to use Facebook myself. How can I stop this? Or is my only option to delete the Facebook app?

Hello,

Try resetting iPad's settings in Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings. Be certain you do not select Erase All Content and Settings as this will erase all of your information. It is a good idea to perform a backup of your iPad prior to resetting its settings.

You don’t need to reset settings.

Try to go into the menu, home screen and dock and turn off ‘recent and suggested apps’
