I was charged £4.99 for robux and never received the robux. I need a receipt for the robux but my bank account only says iTunes . It doesn’t state what exactly was purchased. I need to send robux proof of purchase before I get my refund. Can you help with that. The date I purchased robux was April 19th

I want to purchase robux. When I try I hit purchase and It says your purchase can not be purchased because you are not being charged and it says contact wwwapple.com/support/iTunes/ww/. But it still doesn't work still Now you know.
