Looks like your searching within settings rather than the iPad.

You need to do a search of the iPad

Have you tried searching the app in the ipad search?

If you are sure it got deleted then search for it in the app store.

And install it from there.

Try asking siri to find it for you.

You cannot download an app that is an integral part of the iOS on its own - it is installed as part of the system. The OP would need to erase/reset/reinstall the iOS in order to get it.

It won't be in the App Store as it's not an app that's available to download.

You need to search the IPad not the App Store.
