No BootCamp Icon in Control Panel or Windows Icons

Installed Windows 10 Build 18363.778 Version 1909 with BootCamp Windows Support Software 6.1.7071

but drivers are not fully installed nor the bootcamp control panel icon shows in windows control panel or near the time in the task bar of windows.

Apple TrackPad drivers dont fully work and the settings are not getting saved like Tap To Click & Secondary Click.
