I figured out what I need to do to obtain investment information on stocks I own at Wells Fargo.

The cookies on my Safari Browser were enabled and Wells Fargo had theirs in the cache. Even though the negative to those conditions are cited on the page just before "server not found" as the apparent prerequisite, the real determinant was Disabling "Prevent Cross Site Tracking." Unless I let them engage in that, I can't get more information on the investments I made through them.
