manage storage
When I attempt to delete apps to manage storage, I get a message: delete in progress but no delete takes place. How can I activate this process?

I asked the hosts to delete your other two questions since you asked the seam thing three times
I responded in your first post (this one) but you weren’t clear that it was iCloud storage (your other two posts which have been removed) you are trying to manage. It might help if you restart your device. You can also try rebooting your router.

You cannot delete apps in iCloud on a PC. You have to delete them on the device itself.
