I have IPhone 7 and my WiFi button turns off automatically and power turns down automatically

I have IPhone 7 and my WiFi button turns off automatically and power turns down automatically. Not sure what is the issue - some times when I power back on - WiFi turns on - connects and stays on - sometimes - WiFi turns on and then my phone powers down automatically and turns WiFi button off.
