Login problem to amway website

Amway india website is opening but when i login my amway id, it is not opening. Kindly guide me.

iPhone 5s, iOS 12

Any error messages when it doesn't open?

Try double clicking the Home button or swipe up from the bottom of the screen and swipe Safari upwards. Go to Settings/Safari and clear History and Website Data. Open Safari and test.

I have already tried clearing cookies, history and webdata and also i have reset my network settings and restarted my iphone but its still not working.

when i put my userid and password while sign in, it continuosly tries to process the request but it refreshes the page again and again on its own and cant sign in.
